Unfortunately, Giv Local will not be able to help with this part of the changeover, because your previous merchant account is a financial accommodation that is regulated by the US government. There are very stringent rules about who has the facility to discuss and relinquish concrete information and make changes to accounts. So, yeah. You have to do that part.

With that said, we are happy to give you the guidance and any assistance we can provide you during the onboarding process with Giv Local to ensure a smooth account setup and transition to our services.
